The Newington-Cropsey Cultural Studies Center hosts a variety of events, including lectures, panel discussions and awards presentations. Our purpose is to further the discourse on the artistic and cultural issues of our day. We also bring to the attention of a wider audience outstanding figurative artists whose work is often under-represented in galleries and museums. This broader cultural enterprise encompasses music, architecture and poetry, disciplines all represented on the Cultural Studies Center’s Advisory Board.
